MedVet offers the opportunity to study alongside the leaders in specialty veterinary medicine. Our Residency Training Programs provide the highest level of specialty training in a collaborative environment committed to delivering the best possible patient care and clinical outcomes.
Most residencies are posted on the AAVC’s Veterinary Internship & Residency Matching program site.
About Residencies:
You’ll receive all the clinical and didactic training needed to become an exceptional clinician in your chosen specialty and achieve board certification.
Support for MedVet residents:
✓ CE funds for conference attendance, licensure, etc
✓ Funds for uniforms and other supplies (loupes, etc)
✓ Didactic rounds – both organization-wide and site- specific
✓ Support for research projects, manuscript preparation, and funding to present the research nationally, if desired
✓ Provide opportunities for specialty specific training courses

How to Apply
Most of our residency programs are posted on the AAVC’s Veterinary Internship & Residency Matching program site. Occasionally, residency programs are filled outside of the matching program.
