Megan McNutt, MBA, MHA
Vice President, Supply Chain
Megan McNutt, MBA, MHA, serves as the Vice President, Supply Chain for MedVet. In this role, she works closely with Operations, Finance, Healthcare leadership, plus external vendors. She is responsible for leading inventory management, procurement, and medical equipment strategy across our organization. Her focus is on building sustainable infrastructure, data-driven decision-making, and high-performing teams to support clinical excellence and hospital growth. Megan is deeply committed to culture, connection, and creating an environment with optimized supply chain systems and processes that ensure caregivers are able to do their best work.
Prior to joining MedVet in June 2026, Megan served as Vice President of Hospital Operations at Northwell Health, where she oversaw a wide range of hospital services and led initiatives to improve performance, access, and patient experience. Her background includes more than 15 years leading operations in complex hospital environments. She is passionate about building high-performing teams and creating systems that support both caregivers and patients.
Megan earned her Bachelor of Science degree in allied health from The Ohio State University. In addition, she has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Hofstra University, plus a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) degree from the University of Phoenix.
When not at work, Megan enjoys staying active outdoors running, hiking, cycling, backpacking, and skiing. She is also an avid reader plus volunteers to support college and career readiness for students.
