This live interactive medical program for veterinarians will focus on seizures and how signalment guides the diagnostics, treatment, and management of the disease in dogs and cats. The symptoms and treatment options for myelopathies will also be reviewed, in addition to nebulopathies or those diseases that are difficult to diagnose.

Radiographs in the Real World: Strengths, Limitations, and When to Escalate

This live interactive medical program for veterinary professionals will focus on how radiographs impact clinical decision-making, highlight strengths and weaknesses, and the impact of positioning, technique, and clinical history. This course will also review when radiographs are sufficient and when escalation to ultrasound, computed tomography (CT), or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is warranted to improve diagnostic accuracy and patient outcomes.

  1. Diagnostic strengths and limitations of radiographs.
  2. Common technical pitfalls and impact of clinical history on radiograph interpretation.
  3. When to escalate to advanced imaging modalities.
