Dr. Baustian earned his Bachelor of Science degree in animal science from South Dakota State University in Brookings, SD before completing his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Wisconsin-Madison College of Veterinary Medicine in Madison, WI.
Dr. Baustian is particularly passionate about emergency care and surgery. He finds the most rewarding part of his work is helping patients and their families through critical and challenging moments, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Tanner Baustian enjoys assisting on his family farm, cooking, fishing, grilling, golfing, and supporting the Minnesota Timberwolves and Minnesota Vikings.
