Sydney Schiavone, DVM, is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian at MedVet Dayton, where she has been a team member since 2024.
Dr. Schiavone earned her bachelor’s degree in animal science with an emphasis in pre-veterinary medicine and a minor in chemistry from the University of Findlay. She then obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine.
Passionate about all aspects of veterinary medicine, Dr. Schiavone has a special interest in emergency medicine. She finds the most rewarding part of her profession is providing help to animals and their families in times of need. Building trust with families as she cares for their loved ones is particularly fulfilling for her.
Outside of work, Dr. Schiavone enjoys camping, reading, and spending time with family and friends. She is also the proud pet parent of her dog, Shiloh, and her cat, Pepper, who mean the world to her.
