Rochelle A. Prudic, DVM, Diplomate, ACVIM (Oncology), is a Board-Certified Medical Oncologist at MedVet Cleveland where she has been part of the team since 2018. Dr. Prudic earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, Chemistry, and Immunology from the University of Akron. Following the completion of her undergraduate studies, she earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Western University of Health Sciences. Dr. Prudic then went on to complete a yearlong internship in small animal medicine and surgery at the Angell Animal Medical Center. She next completed a medical and surgical oncology internship at the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL, followed by a three-year oncology residency at the University of Georgia.
Passionate for all aspects of veterinary Medical Oncology, Dr. Rochelle Prudic has a special interest in lymphoma, hemangiosarcoma, multi-modal pain control in cancer patients, exotics, neoplasia of unknown primary, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, palliative care and promotion of quality of life. She is an advocate for education, mental health within the veterinary profession, and also enjoys public speaking.
When not caring for her patients, Dr. Rochelle Prudic loves music, great coffee, and her black and white cat.
