Momo Yoshimura, DVM, is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian at MedVet Vancouver. She joined the team in 2023.
Dr. Yoshimura earned Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Colorado. She then earned a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Colorado State University. She completed an emergency medicine and critical care internship at DoveLewis Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Hospital.
Dr. Yoshimura enjoys many aspects of the veterinary profession. She has special interests in emergency procedures, toxicities, and trauma. Dr. Yoshimura joined the Vancouver team because she values MedVet’s commitment to providing excellent care to patients, and continuing education for advancements in veterinary medicine. What she likes most about being a veterinarian is making a real difference in the lives of pets and their loving families.
Outside of the hospital, Dr. Momo Yoshimura likes cooking and trying new cuisines, reading, adventuring with her two dogs, obeying her cat, and ballroom dancing.
