Megan Hoelter, DVM, is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian who has been part of the MedVet Akron team since 2020.
Dr. Hoelter attended The Ohio State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Following the completion of her undergraduate studies, Dr. Hoelter earned a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine.
Although interested in all aspects of veterinary medicine, Dr. Megan Hoelter is particularly interested in feline medicine and low-stress handling. Her favorite part of being a veterinarian is getting to know her clients and their pets.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Hoelter enjoys camping and traveling with her family.
