Mariel Knox, DVM, MPH, is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian at MedVet Chicago. She joined the team in 2023.
Dr. Knox is fascinated by many areas of veterinary medicine and has special interests in polytrauma, toxins, wound management, urgent care, and dermatology. Her favorite part of practicing veterinary medicine is that each day presents a new set of challenges and rewards. She enjoys meeting diverse pets and their people each day, as well as witnessing the special bond between owners and their furry family members.
When not helping pets feel better, Dr. Mariel Knox enjoys tending to her plants, listening to 90s rock bands, and discovering the best breakfast offerings in Chicago.
