Maddy C. Vesoulis, DVM
Emergency Medicine Veterinarian
Maddy C. Vesoulis, DVM, is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian at MedVet Diley Hill, where she has been a part of the team since 2026.
Dr. Vesoulis earned her Bachelor of Science in Zoology, with a minor in Cultural Anthropology, from The Ohio State University. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine.
What she loves most about veterinary medicine is the opportunity to combine critical thinking, creativity, and compassionate care for both patients and their families. Every patient and family is unique, and she enjoys working together with owners to create treatment plans that meet their individual needs and goals through a spectrum-of-care approach.
Dr. Vesoulis is passionate about building strong team dynamics and creating an environment where clients feel comfortable, supported, and heard. She believes that one of the most important parts of veterinary medicine is communication, taking the time to listen, explain, and guide owners through difficult decisions. Her goal is to be a steady source of support during some of their most challenging moments and to help them feel like they are truly working
together as a team on behalf of their pet.
She is especially drawn to emergency medicine because of its fast-paced nature and the opportunity to make an immediate difference in a patient’s life. Whether caring for a critically ill patient or helping an owner navigate uncertainty, she strives to approach every case with
compassion, mindfulness, and care.
Dr. Vesoulis also brings professional working proficiency in Spanish, allowing her to better serve a diverse range of clients and their families.
When not caring for patients, she enjoys cooking, kayaking, skiing, and anything in the outdoors. She also loves spending quality time with family and friends, collecting vinyl, going to concerts, and exploring local restaurants.
