Keegan McElroy, DVM, is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian at MedVet Mandeville and MedVet New Orleans.
Dr. McElroy graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX, with a Bachelor of Science degree in animal sciences and a minor in psychology. She then earned a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in Basseterre, St. Kitts & Nevis.
Dr. McElroy has a special interest in emergency medicine and wound management. Her favorite part of veterinary medicine is the opportunity to comfort and care for the patients and their families during stressful or difficult times and being an advocate for her patients.
In her free time, Dr. Keegan McElroy enjoys spending time on the water.
