Jasmine Morgan, DVM

Jasmine Morgan, DVM, is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian at MedVet Northern Virginia, where she has been part of the team since 2026.

Dr. Morgan attended Pennsylvania State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in veterinary and biomedical science and was recognized as a Schreyer Honors Scholar. She then earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine. She has also co-authored a publication in the Journal of Veterinary Diagnostic Investigation examining bilateral intraocular choristoma in a neonatal foal.

Although she enjoys all aspects of emergency veterinary medicine, Dr. Morgan is especially passionate about client education and strengthening the human-animal bond. One of her favorite parts of the veterinary profession is helping pet owners understand disease processes, treatment recommendations, long-term management, and preventive care so they can make informed decisions for their pets. She believes education is a powerful tool for animal advocacy and for reducing the stress that often accompanies veterinary emergencies.

When not caring for patients, Dr. Jasmine Morgan enjoys biking, hiking, running, and spending time outdoors. She also enjoys cooking and baking cuisines from different cultures and hopes to one day complete both an Ironman and a Spartan race.
