Jade Werner, DVM
Emergency Medicine Veterinarian
Jade Werner, DVM, MS, is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian at MedVet Diley Hill and MedVet Hilliard, where she has been part of the team since 2026.
Dr. Werner attended The Ohio State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in animal sciences. She later earned a Master of Science degree in animal sciences from The Ohio State University College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences before earning her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine.
Although she enjoys all aspects of emergency veterinary medicine, Dr. Werner especially enjoys the challenge of solving medical puzzles while helping patients feel better and guiding their families through difficult moments. One of her favorite parts of the veterinary profession is seeing patients return to their normal, happy selves after receiving care. Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Werner has also participated in several community outreach and volunteer initiatives focused on animal welfare, including spay and neuter programs in the Bahamas and Guatemala, supporting youth agricultural education through 4-H, and participating in service dog fostering programs.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Jade Werner enjoys hiking with her dogs, reading, and trail riding horses.
