Erin Trageser, DVM, MS, Diplomate, ACVR (Radiation Oncology), is a Board-certified Veterinary Radiation Oncologist at MedVet Salt Lake City. She has been a part of our team since 2022.
Dr. Trageser earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Veterinary Medicine at the University of Arizona. She completed her Master of Science degree in Radiological Health Science at Colorado State University. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at Midwestern University, in Glendale, AZ. Dr. Trageser completed her rotating internship in medicine and surgery with VCA Animal Referral and Emergency Center of Arizona. She then completed a residency in radiation oncology at Colorado State University.
Dr. Trageser has a special interest in stereotactic radiation, immunotherapy, nutrition, and palliative care for cancer patients. Her favorite part of practicing veterinary medicine is, helping families make informed and empowered decisions in their pet’s healthcare treatment.
When not in the hospital, Dr. Trageser is an avid weightlifter. She also enjoys being outdoors and can be found hiking and backpacking.
