Debra Sloan, DVM, is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian at MedVet Cleveland where she has been part of the medical team since 2019. Dr. Sloan obtained a bachelor degree in Biology from Wittenberg University, where she also minored in Marine Biology. She then obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree from Lincoln Memorial University College of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Debra Sloan maintains an interest in all aspects of emergency medicine and has a particular interest in trauma cases and exotic animal medicine. Dr. Sloan’s favorite part of practicing veterinary medicine is witnessing the power of the human-animal bond, practicing fear-free medicine, and continuously learning throughout her career.
When not treating patients, Dr. Sloan enjoys spending times with friends and family, exercising, traveling, and cooking.
