Angela Kim, DVM
Angela Kim, DVM, is a Veterinary Intern at WestVet Boise, where she has been part of the team since 2026.
Dr. Kim attended California State University, Northridge, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology. She then earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Kim enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine and especially appreciates the diagnostic process. One of her favorite parts of the veterinary profession is piecing together a patient’s history, physical examination findings, and diagnostic information to identify the underlying cause of illness and develop an effective treatment plan. She finds great fulfillment in helping patients and their families through challenging medical situations.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Angela Kim enjoys spending time outdoors snowboarding and relaxing with a good book on a rainy day.
