Amy E. Heuberger, DVM, MScPH is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian who joined the MedVet Chicago team in 2018.
Dr. Heuberger attended the University of Michigan where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She next attended the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine where she earned her Master of Science in Public Health, followed by a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine. She also completed a small animal rotating internship at MedVet Chicago.
Passionate about all aspects of Emergency Medicine, Dr. Amy Heuberger finds joy in supporting the human-animal bond, as well as helping make difficult decisions a little bit better.
When not at the hospital, Dr. Amy Heuberger enjoys traveling, being outdoors, exploring Chicago, and spending time with her family and friends.
