Abigail C. Stewart, DVM, is a Veterinary Intern at WestVet Boise, where she has been part of the team since 2026.
Dr. Stewart attended Fort Hays State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology with a minor in chemistry. She then earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Stewart enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine and values the collaborative nature of caring for patients. One of her favorite parts of the veterinary profession is partnering with pet owners and the veterinary team to help pets receive the care they need. She finds it especially rewarding to support both animals and their families throughout the treatment process.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Abigail Stewart enjoys distance running, hiking, snow skiing, and traveling.
