Abby Brenner, DVM, is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian at MedVet Cleveland. She joined the team in 2024.
Dr. Brenner earned her Bachelor of Science degree in animal science from the University of Kentucky. She then pursued her veterinary education at St. George’s University School of Veterinary Medicine earning her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree.
Passionate about all aspects of emergency medicine and critical care, Dr. Brenner finds the most fulfillment in helping pets when they need it most and watching them improve after diagnosing and initiating treatment. There’s no better feeling than seeing a pet walk out of the hospital after being critically ill.
Outside of work, Dr. Brenner enjoys visiting hospitals, schools, and nursing homes to provide canine therapy with her service dog, Joe. She raised and trained Joe, along with other service dogs, for the Wildcat Service Dogs organization.
