Katerina Orms, DVM

Katerina Orms, DVM, is a Veterinary Internal Medicine Resident at MedVet Cincinnati, where she has been part of the team since 2026.

Dr. Orms earned her degree in Biology from Florida International University before going on to earn her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Oklahoma State University. She then completed a rotating internship in medicine and surgery at Mission Veterinary Emergency and Specialty in Kansas City, KS, followed by a specialty internship in internal medicine at Angell Animal Medical Center in Boston, MA.

Dr. Orms has a particular passion for client and patient interaction and finds hepatic and gastrointestinal disease to be among the most rewarding areas of internal medicine to explore and treat. She is also fluent in Spanish, which allows her to connect with a broader range of clients and families.

Outside of caring for her patients, she enjoys scuba diving, running, and spinning.
