Katherine E. Woolf, DVM, is a Veterinary Intern at MedVet Chicago, where she has been part of the team since 2026.
Dr. Woolf attended Western Carolina University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in pre-medical biology and graduated cum laude from the Brinson Honors College. She then earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Woolf enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine and has particular interests in Emergency and Critical Care, feline medicine, trauma, and endocrine emergencies. One of her favorite parts of the veterinary profession is seeing pets reunited with their families after overcoming critical illnesses and helping guide patients through complex treatment plans to successful outcomes.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Katherine Woolf enjoys baking, nature walks, photography, and playing video games.
