Kristen Hamilton, DVM, Diplomate ACVIM (SAIM), is a Board-certified Veterinary Internal Medicine Specialist at MedVet Atlanta, where she will be joining the team in July 2026.
Dr. Hamilton earned her Bachelor of Biology from the University of Georgia and went on to complete her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree, also from the University of Georgia. She then completed a rotating internship in medicine and surgery at the University of Florida, followed by a residency in internal medicine at the University of Georgia.
Dr. Hamilton enjoys unraveling puzzles and improving the quality of life of her patients. She is passionate about continuing to grow her skills and knowledge, as there is always something new to learn in the ever-evolving field of veterinary internal medicine.
When not caring for patients, she enjoys scuba diving, hiking, reading, and board games.
