Rebecca Nesnevich, DVM, is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian at MedVet Chicago, where she has been part of the team since 2026.
Dr. Nesnevich attended the University of Vermont, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in zoology. She then earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University.
Although she enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, Dr. Nesnevich has particular interests in community medicine, emergency medicine, and radiology. One of her favorite parts of the veterinary profession is helping pet owners better understand what their companions are experiencing and working together to find solutions that support each family’s unique needs. She finds it especially rewarding to guide clients through difficult decisions while advocating for the wellbeing of their pets.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Rebecca Nesnevich enjoys sewing and spending time outdoors.
