Jessica Meloche, DVM, is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian at WestVet Meridian, where she has been a part of the team since 2026.
Dr. Meloche earned her Bachelor of Science degree in animal science from Michigan State University, where she also completed a minor in Spanish. She then earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Meloche’s professional interests include staying current with the latest research in the ever-evolving veterinary profession and continually advancing patient care through evidence-based medicine. She especially enjoys cesarean sections and laceration repairs and has a special fondness for cats and Pit Bull mixes. Her favorite part of the veterinary profession is problem-solving and seeing patients return home to their families feeling better than when they arrived. In emergency medicine, where patients often face life-threatening conditions, witnessing recovery is particularly meaningful.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Jessica Meloche enjoys camping, disc golf, golf, hiking, soccer, and volleyball.
