Lauren Kerrigan, DVM, MS, is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian at MedVet Jupiter, where she began caring for patients in 2025.
Dr. Lauren Kerrigan earned both a Bachelor of Science degree in animal science and technology and a Master of Science degree from Louisiana State University. She then earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Kerrigan has a wide range of interests within Emergency Medicine, including Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Neurology & Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology, and Surgery, as well as gastroenterology and shelter medicine. She has also published articles related to hormonal and metabolic responses in horses. One of her favorite parts of the veterinary profession is educating and supporting pet owners. She finds it especially meaningful to build relationships with clients and help guide them through important decisions and treatments.
When she’s not caring for patients, Dr. Lauren Kerrigan enjoys crafting and painting, spending time with friends and family, playing and watching sports, traveling, and trying new foods.
