Kelli Mossine, DVM, Diplomate, ACVIM (Neurology), CCAT, cVMA, is a Board-Certified Veterinary Neurologist and a Certified Companion Animal Rehabilitation Therapist (CCAT) at MedVet Cincinnati where she has been a part of the team since 2025.

Dr. Mossine attended the University of Central Arkansas College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology, with a minor in chemistry. Following the completion of her undergraduate studies, Dr. Mossine attended the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine where she received a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. She went on to complete a small animal rotating medicine and surgery internship at Red Bank Veterinary Hospital plus a neurology residency at Dogwood Veterinary Referral Center. Dr. Mossine is a Certified Companion Animal Rehabilitation Therapist (CCAT), in addition to being certified in Veterinary Medical Acupuncture (cVMA).

Dr. Mossine has a special interest in managing seizure disorders, meningoencephalitis, surgical and nonsurgical brain injuries, as well as offering alternative therapies for neurological patients such as rehabilitation and acupuncture. Her favorite part of veterinary medicine is being able to help families understand the nervous system to make the best decision for their pet.

When away from the hospital, Dr. Kelli Mossine enjoys traveling, country music festivals, and crafting, especially crochet.
