Bethany Hopkinson, DVM, MS, is a Specialty Intern in Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care at MedVet Chicago. She joined our team in 2024.
Dr. Hopkinson earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree from the University of Michigan. She then completed a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Hopkinson is fascinated by many facets of the veterinary profession and is particularly interested in Anesthesia, Critical Care, and advanced pain management. Her favorite part of being a veterinarian is working in partnership with owners to provide the best treatment plans for their beloved pets. She also greatly enjoys collaborating with colleagues and specialists to provide the best patient care.
Outside of work, Dr. Bethany Hopkinson spends her time outside her two dogs, hiking, and exploring new restaurants in Chicago.
