Jennifer Kerestan, MS, MBA, serves as MedVet’s Chief Operations Officer, where she oversees critical support service functions that enable our healthcare teams to deliver exceptional care and service. Her areas of responsibility include operations, procurement, regulatory assurance, imaging, continuous process improvement, and VetRad.
Jennifer’s leadership journey at MedVet spans more than a decade. She previously served as Chief Clinical Officer from 2017 to 2025 and held the Chief Operations Officer role prior to that. Since joining MedVet in 2011, Jennifer has been instrumental in advancing operational excellence and leadership development across the organization.
Before MedVet, Jennifer was Director of Operational Excellence at Cardinal Health, where she focused on driving efficiency and performance improvements. Her career began at Henry County Hospital as Director of Cardiac Rehabilitation, where she launched the hospital’s cardiac rehab program.
Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science from Miami University, a Master of Science degree from East Stroudsburg University, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Franklin University. She is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, underscoring her commitment to continuous improvement.
Passionate about giving back, Jennifer actively supports philanthropic initiatives. She has been a dedicated Pelotonia fundraiser since 2014 and was honored as a Make-a-Wish Women Inspiring Strength & Hope Honoree. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her son at soccer games, traveling, and exploring the outdoors.
