Truli L. Powell has served as the Vice President, Talent Acquisition for MedVet since October 2025. In this role, she is responsible for shaping the organization’s talent landscape and driving the recruiting strategy with strong collaboration and a dynamic, results-driven team. She was previously the Director, Talent Acquisition at MedVet for more than 10 years. Prior to joining MedVet in January 2015, she held Talent Acquisition positions with e-Cycle, Cardinal Health, inVentiv Health, and Taylor Search Partners.
Truli earned her Bachelor of Science degree in human ecology and gerontology at The Ohio State University. In addition, she earned her Hogan Assessments Certification. In 2024, Truli was an OnCon Icon Award finalist for the Top 50 Talent Acquisition Professionals.
When not at work, Truli enjoys spending time with her family and their two dogs, Finn and Arlo.
