Kevin Beck, MBA, serves as the Vice President, Real Estate for MedVet. In this role, he provides strategic leadership and direction for MedVet’s real estate acquisition, hospital design, construction, and facilities management programs. Kevin ensures the quality and reliability of the hospital environments and drives the strategic expansion and optimization of MedVet’s hospital portfolio. Kevin brings nearly 30 years of experience in real estate and construction management, with a proven track record of managing national commercial real estate programs and portfolios.
Prior to joining MedVet in May 2025, he was the Vice President of Real Estate for InterDent Service Corporation with nearly 170 dental offices plus the Trilon Group which grew from one office to over 200 in two years. He was also Vice President of Real Estate, Design, and Construction for ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers for more than seven years where he led a very aggressive nationwide de novo expansion program from market identification, site selection, design, permitting, construction, and turnkey surgery center openings. He built an amazing team and nearly quadrupled the size of the ClearChoice network, growing to more than 100 full-service centers. His earlier experience in real estate, design, and construction from 1995 to 2015 included working at Cardno, CoreSite, JE Dunn Construction, and more than 14 years at CenturyLink.
Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science degree in construction management at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. In addition, he earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Colorado Denver executive program.
When not at work, Kevin enjoys hiking, skiing, and the great outdoors with his family and two dogs in Colorado.
