Traci M. Zager, DVM, is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian at MedVet Mahoning Valley, where she has been part of the team since 2026.
Dr. Zager attended California University of Pennsylvania, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in biology with a minor in chemistry. She then earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine.
Although she enjoys all aspects of emergency veterinary medicine, Dr. Zager is especially passionate about helping patients and supporting their families during challenging and often stressful situations. She values building meaningful connections with pet owners and being a trusted part of her local community. One of her favorite parts of the veterinary profession is being able to make a positive difference for both pets and the people who love them.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Traci Zager enjoys birding, crocheting, painting, and spending time outdoors on walks with her family.
