Teresa Kaiser, DVM, is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian at MedVet Salt Lake City and MedVet Urgent Care Sandy, where she has been part of the team since 2026.
Dr. Kaiser attended the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in biology. She then earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine. Following veterinary school, Dr. Kaiser completed an internship in rotating medicine and surgery at Waukesha Veterinary Referral Center.
Although she enjoys all aspects of emergency veterinary medicine, Dr. Kaiser is especially drawn to supporting families during urgent and often stressful situations. She values providing clear communication and compassionate care to help pet owners feel informed and supported when their pets need it most. One of her favorite parts of the veterinary profession is helping guide families through difficult moments with empathy and confidence.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Teresa Kaiser enjoys cooking and trail running.
