Shelby Suzuki, DVM, is a Veterinary Intern at MedVet Chicago, where she joined the team in 2025.
Dr. Shelby Suzuki earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology from the University of Hawaii. She then earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Western University of Health Sciences.
Although interested in all aspects of veterinary medicine, Dr. Suzuki maintains a special interest in Dermatology. She enjoys the opportunity to work through complex medical puzzles and values the hands-on nature of the profession. What she finds most rewarding is the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients while providing compassionate care to the pets they love.
Outside the veterinary profession, Dr. Shelby Suzuki enjoys bowling, spending time at the beach with her family, and swimming.
