Samantha Harris, DVM, is a Veterinary Intern at WestVet Boise, where she joined the team in 2025.
Dr. Samantha Harris earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry with double minors in molecular biology and Spanish from Colorado State University. She then earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Oregon State University Carlson College of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Harris has special interests in pain management, nutrition, physical therapy and rehabilitation, and working dogs. She is passionate about providing hands-on, individualized patient care tailored to each pet’s specific medical needs and the unique circumstances of the families who love them.
Outside of the veterinary profession, Dr. Samantha Harris enjoys biking, CrossFit, paddleboarding, running, and spending time outdoors with her dog.
