Rosemary Paylor, DVM, is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian at MedVet Phoenix, where she began caring for patients in 2025.

Dr. Rosemary Paylor earned a Bachelor of Science degree in small animal science from Delaware Valley University. She then earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Following veterinary school, she completed a Rotating Medicine & Surgery Internship at Garden State Veterinary Specialists.

Dr. Paylor has special interests in Emergency Medicine and Critical Care, with a particular focus on trauma and sepsis. She is especially drawn to the fast-paced, problem-solving nature of Emergency Medicine and the opportunity it provides to make a meaningful impact in urgent situations. Dr. Paylor provides compassionate, skilled care when pets and their families need it most, and she takes pride in helping guide them through complex and often stressful experiences.

Outside of the hospital, Dr. Rosemary Paylor enjoys spending time with her beloved dogs. She also loves hiking, traveling, and tackling new challenges in escape rooms.
