Melissa Seidle, DVM, MS, is an Urgent Care Veterinarian at MedVet Mahoning Valley and MedVet Pittsburgh, where she has been a part of the team since 2026.
Dr. Seidle earned her Bachelor of Science degree in middle school education from Youngstown State University before completing a Master of Science degree at the same institution. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Seidle enjoys all aspects of the veterinary profession with a particular interest in dermatology. One of her favorite parts of practicing veterinary medicine is meeting new people and helping families keep their pets healthy. She finds it especially rewarding to diagnose medical concerns, provide treatment, and see patients return to their normal, happy selves.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Melissa Seidle enjoys spending time with her three daughters, watching them participate in gymnastics, horseback riding, and other activities they are passionate about. She also enjoys spending time with family, going to the beach, and scrapbooking.
