Kevin Molina, DVM, is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian at WestVet Boise, where he has been a part of the team since 2025.
Dr. Kevin Molina earned his Bachelor of Science degree in biology with a minor in innovation from the University of Florida. He earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and completed his clinical year at Colorado State University. He went on to complete a rotating medicine and surgery internship at BluePearl Sandy Springs. He then pursued further training in surgery through additional internships at WestVet Boise, Metropolitan Veterinary Hospital, and BluePearl Columbia.
Dr. Molina is passionate about all aspects of small animal surgery, including emergency surgery, fractures, trauma, and wounds. He especially values client education and takes pride in helping pet owners understand their pet’s condition and feel confident in the care their pets receive. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Molina has contributed to veterinary research and has published an article in a peer-reviewed veterinary journal.
Outside of the veterinary profession, Dr. Kevin Molina enjoys cooking, dancing, reading, working out, and spending time with his coconut retriever, Ollie, and tuxedo cat, Penguin.
