Joe Katz, VMD, is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian at MedVet Jupiter.
Dr. Katz attended the University of Pennsylvania where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. He then earned a Veterinary Medicine Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. Next, he completed a rotating internship at Coral Springs Animal Hospital.
Dr. Joe Katz enjoys continuing to learn and also getting to know the unique stories of owners and their pets.
When not in the hospital, Dr. Katz enjoys playing with his dog, Macallan (“Mac”), traveling, cooking, snorkeling, and fishing. He is a lifelong Miami Heat and Miami Dolphins fan.
