Jesse Prinsloo, DVM, is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian at MedVet Dallas and MedVet Frisco, where she has been part of the team since 2025.
Dr. Jesse Prinsloo completed her undergraduate coursework at Bellevue College, where she fulfilled the prerequisites for veterinary school. She then earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine.
Her special interests include emergency medicine, cardiology, internal medicine, and oncology. Dr. Prinsloo’s favorite part of veterinary medicine is being an integral part of the team that helps nurse sick or injured pets back to health and seeing them reunited with their families.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Jesse Prinsloo enjoys staying active through walking, running, and participating in half marathons. She also loves traveling and exploring new places. Originally from South Africa, she moved to the United States in 2014 and looks forward to one day volunteering her time to support conservation efforts for African wildlife.
