Dr. Eppler earned her Bachelor of Science degree in agriculture with a minor in animal science from Kansas State University. She then pursued her passion for veterinary medicine at the Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine, obtaining her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. Dr. Eppler furthered her skills through a small animal rotating medicine and surgery internship at Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine, followed by a specialized internship focusing on surgery at Metropolitan Veterinary Hospital.

Dr. Eppler has a deep-rooted passion for veterinary medicine, with particular interests in animal behavior, and orthopedic and soft tissue small animal surgery. She finds fulfillment in solving clinical puzzles through hands-on surgical experience and witnessing the strong bond between patients and their families.

Beyond her commitment to patient care, Dr. Eppler enjoys dog training—obedience, scent work, and rally-obedience—as well as hiking trails and indulging in reading.
