Caitlyn Callaghan, DVM, is a Veterinary Intern at WestVet Boise, where she joined the team in 2025.
Dr. Caitlyn Callaghan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of California San Diego. She then earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Callaghan has a strong interest in Medical Oncology and Radiation Oncology, as well as nutrition and palliative care. She is committed to providing compassionate, personalized care, and she values building meaningful relationships with pets and their families as they work together through complex medical challenges.
Outside of the veterinary profession, Dr. Caitlyn Callaghan enjoys fly fishing, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
