Beth Favaloro, DVM, is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian at MedVet New Orleans and MedVet Mandeville, where she has been part of the team since 2025.
Dr. Beth Favaloro earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in business administration (with a minor in communication) and animal science and technology from Louisiana State University. She went on to receive her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from St. George’s University School of Veterinary Medicine. Following veterinary school, she completed a rotating internship with a focus in emergency medicine at Advanced Veterinary Specialists.
Dr. Favaloro’s professional interests include all aspects of emergency medicine, with particular focus on toxicities, transfusions, heat stroke, and anaphylaxis. She is passionate about supporting patients and their families through critical situations and values the opportunity to collaborate with her colleagues to provide the best possible outcomes.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Beth Favaloro enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time outdoors with her husband, Matt, along with their dog and two cats.
