This live interactive medical program for veterinary professionals will review common surgical diseases associated with hypercalcemia in veterinary patients, including parathyroid tumors and malignancy-associated hypercalcemia. This course will focus on surgical management strategies including pre-operative stabilization and key intraoperative considerations. In addition, this program will review post-operative care and monitoring, management of calcium fluctuations, plus potential complications following surgery.

Navigating Hypercalcemia in Dogs and Cats: From Work-Up to Treatment
This live interactive medical program for veterinary professionals will review hypercalcemia in dogs and cats including the physiology and common causes. In addition, this course will include the diagnostic approach to hypercalcemia plus treatment for the disease.

- How to prioritize a differential list of hypercalcemia in dogs and cats.
- How to complete a diagnostic work-up for hypercalcemia and interpret test results.
- How to develop a targeted treatment plan for each patient based upon the underlying cause.
