Taylor Franzreb, DVM, is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian at MedVet Northern Virginia. She has been a part of the team since 2022.
Dr. Franzreb attended Virginia Tech where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal and Poultry Science. She then earned a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine. After earning her veterinary degree, Dr. Franzreb completed a rotating medicine and surgery internship at the Regional Veterinary Referral Center.
Dr. Franzreb has a special interest in emergency and critical care, theriogenology, and clinical pathology. Her favorite part of veterinary medicine is reuniting a happy, healthy animal with its family after a stay in the hospital.
When away from the hospital, Dr. Franzreb enjoys gardening, reading, sailing, and spending time with her cat.
