Kayla Bergeson, DVM, is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian at MedVet Cincinnati, where she has been part of the team since 2023.
Dr. Bergeson attended the University of Minnesota Twin Cities where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science and a Pre-veterinary Emphasis degree. She then earned a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Bergeson has a special interest in small animal emergency medicine. Her favorite part of veterinary medicine is helping pets feel better and providing compassionate support to their families.
In her free time, Dr. Kayla Bergeson enjoys reading and adding to her personal library of over 300 books. She spends a lot of time writing, singing, playing “Dungeons and Dragons,” and video games. She stays active by walking with her retired racing Greyhound, Bronze, and doing lyra (aerial hoop).
