Katie Frederick-Whitta, DVM, is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian at MedVet Toledo.
Dr. Katie Frederick-Whitta graduated from the University of Findlay with a degree in biology/pre-veterinary medicine. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Prior to joining MedVet, she worked for 10 years in general practice. Her favorite aspects of veterinary medicine include anything where the pet gets better!
When not working, she spends time with her family, plays tennis, is training for a triathlon, and is a 18-year member of the Flag City Concert Band and University of Findlay Symphonic Band French Horn section. She also enjoys card making and baking cookies.
