Jennifer Tsai, DVM, is a veterinary intern at MedVet Chicago, where she has been contributing since 2024.
Dr. Tsai earned her Bachelor of Science degree in biology with a focus on physiology and a minor in chemistry from San Jose State University. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine.
While her passion for veterinary medicine spans all its facets, Dr. Tsai has special interests in emergency and critical care as well as internal medicine. Her favorite aspects of the profession are community medicine and giving back. She also enjoys solving medical puzzles and witnessing the joy on families’ faces when their pets are healthy again.
Beyond her dedication to patient care, Dr. Tsai enjoys trying different cuisines, visiting local cafes and new restaurants, in addition to baking and cooking.
